The demand for luxury homes by high-tech employees and Silicon Valley entrepreneurs has fueled an upsurge in home sales in Los Gatos and surrounding areas, according to Jeff Barnett, Regional Vice President and Manager of the Alain Pinel office in Los Gatos.  He anticipates a strong local market in 2012.
