Is it really May already? I can’t believe that in just about one month the kids will be out of school and starting their summer vacation. Even as summer approaches, if you are thinking of moving to a different school district or if your child is moving up from one school to the next, now is the time that you may want to do some research on your neighborhood schools. Some important information that you may want to look at is: the school ranking, test scores, class sizes, credentialed teachers, core academic courses and activities. If you are moving to a new area, you will also want to find out about registration requirements for the new school your child will be attending.
